✨ While I love sharing all about fabulous restaurants with incredible food, it might seem like that’s all I eat. Trust me, I wish! 😅 Even when dining out I try to keep it healthy but that can be tough when you don’t know what’s going in that delish dish.
Balance is key, so at home it’s all about clean, low-calorie, high-protein, and easy-to-prep meals. Especially in the summer, I love keeping it simple and light. Tonight’s dinner was a perfect example: a delicious salmon burger from Costco, garlic cauliflower rice from ALDI, and some of my favorite sauces. So satisfying and nutritious! 🥑🍣
